The intention of this blog is to share frugal healthy recipes. I am now including favorite family recipes that might not necessarily be as frugal or as healthy but just taste good. I want a place to archive our family favorites and this has become it!
My goal is to post healthy inexpensive recipes. What I find healthy and what you do may be different. You can choose for yourself what ingredients you want to use and what you can afford. For example: rice for brown rice, flour for your favorite whole grain flour.
Organics is up to you. Organics are proven to be healthier. However on a limited budget can be difficult to afford. You can make your own call here and substitute organic where you see fit.
