Mission Statement / Disclaimer

My goal is to post healthy inexpensive recipes. What I find healthy and what you do may be different. You can choose for yourself what ingredients you want to use and what you can afford. For example: rice for brown rice, flour for your favorite whole grain flour.

Organics is up to you. Organics are proven to be healthier. However on a limited budget can be difficult to afford. You can make your own call here and substitute organic where you see fit.

The links provider are for your information. I probably don't agree with everything on them. I believe we need to wise stewards of the earth God has given us without worshiping it.
